Ok so I have a 2006 king ranch and I have the all black mirrors but I really like the 2007-08 model mirrors that have the same color as the truck top if I want this do I have to replace the mirror completely or r there snap on pieces

 

Im pretty sure theyre painted on from the factory. Ive seen some companies selling PTM mirror caps and chrome ones that just use some double sided tape to stay on

 

I don't want the crome I want is to match the maroon color of the truck

 

The mirror caps on our trucks pop off with clips, I would do it on a very warm day, cold is not good, as it makes it VERY brittle. Take caps off, smooth, paint, your done.. obviously you want the smoothest surface possible, maybe use a basic filler primer to smooth any low spots, wet sand, primer, wetsand, color, color, clear clear clear wetsand, buff, polish admire...

 

Ok where can I get paint to match
