Keyless Entry Keypad door reprogram
I do not know how, it is in the manual and may be easier to read it from there while standing at the door. If you do not have a manual I'll try to remember to get mine from the truck and type the instructions.
If you don't have a manual, you can download one for free (PDF) from here:

Frustrated: I have the factory code and put in in hit 1/2 then enter my 5 digit code and nothing . I have tried this with key in the switch and turned to on position and nothing happens. I have also tried more than one code.
I noticed that when I am programming that the only time the door activates is when I am entering my personal code and hit the 3/4 is the only activation. Has any one had this same problem

I just got my truck a week ago and my factory code works on the keypad. I was planning on messing with a personal code this weekend, so I'll let you know what I found out and can hopefully help you.
Finally had chance to mess with this just moments ago.
*Everything below I did with all doors locked & keys on table in house (not in ignition)*
Did you try erasing any personal codes that may exist? (Enter 5 digit factory code, press & release 1/2 then press & hold 1/2 for two seconds). That should erase everything except 5 digit factory code. I did this but visually didn't seem to do anything.
Then I entered the 5 digit factory code, pressed 1/2, entered a new 5 digit personal code of my choosing & the locks clunked two or three times as lights flashed. Now I can enter factory code or personal code & truck unlocks. Works perfect.
Manual says do not set code that uses five of same number or numbers in suquential order. Now not sure if that's just a suggestion or if its impossible but thought maybe that's why your personal code not working. If you set a second personal code it will erase first personal code.
Hope this helps
