Default Keyless entry

Just bought a used 08 F-150 with keyless entry but do not have the factory code to reprogram it. Went to Ford to get the code but they are saying its gonna be $90 charge to put it on a computer to get it. Is there any other way???

Your wanting to reprogram the door pad correct.

the seat is a bugger to get out sonetimes but it should be on the drivers side on the back wall. you will need tio do a search on how to remove the seat back.

Thanks for the help everyone. Did a search on how to remove the seat and had all of it apart found the code and back together withen 20 minutes. Thanks for saving me the $90 that ford wanted to charge me. If only reprograming keys were that easy since I only have one.

Default Thanks to my Wife

Right before I decided to sign the deal for my used 2007 Lariat, my wife was smart enough to request a second key and remote from our non-ford dealer. With everything going on, I was not even thinking about it. The sales guy smiled and agreed to reimburse us once we had the key and remote taken care of at the Ford dealer cross town. $192.00 later, I was sure glad I brought her. While I was there, they provided me with my keyless code (that I did not have) at no additional cost. I was so happy with my wife, I decided to give her a ride home. ha ha ha
