I bought my truck nvr had code. Decided to take seat off and check. I did. Tried it no power to keypad. I thought keypad might have been bad. I changed it with new one. Still nothing. Took it to dealer they said the wasn't getting connection from the bsm or PCM. Any ideas. They wanna charge me 5 hours @ $105 just to check wires.

 

I would buy a multimeter and test some wires before I take it to the dealer.

 

I just fixed mine last Thursday, No power to the keypad.

Open your driver door ,and look at the round rubber boot that goes to the door from the cab. In there somewhere you have a broken wire, I had two, one was light blue, the other was light blue/ yellow.

This is tight work, if you know a few cuss words, you'll get through it.
