Is there any tips I should know when cleaning the MAFS? If this does not work, how much does a tune cost?
If you're getting a MAFS code then that is the problem. You need to get that cleaned up. If cleaning it doesn't work a tuner isn't going to solve your problem either. Yes, a tuner will help and they range in price from about $300.00 up to $500.00. I would recommend the Edge Evolution, Gryphon, or SCT. The gryphon and SCT can be custom tuned to your vehicle and its mods. The edge is just canned tunes set for ford trucks. But like I said before, if your getting the code you need to take care of that problem first. If cleaning it doesn't work you're probably going to need to get a new sensor.

Actually, I would save my money and do the Gotts mod - but that's a whole another discussion...
And one more...Notice how many people warned him? LMFAO.
