Default Jump Seat/ Fuel Filter Question

I've asked this before but with little response, I'm trying to remove my jumpseat out of my 05 Scab 2 star pattern bolts are visible in the front which i removed, then i removed the rear cupholder hoping there would be more behind there with no luck, I cannot figure out where the remaining bolts/screws are holding it down, everything i take off just seems to be parts of the jumpseat itself and not the foundation on the floor. It doesnt seem connected to the other front seats at all but would i have to remove them as well? And the fuel filter question, I'm going to replace my fuel filter but was wondering if there is a better aftermarket one then OEM? I figured if I'm changing it out I would like to upgrade if possible, Thanks for your time.

i doubt that the fuel filter is a site for a performance upgrade. When i changed mine i put in a fram it was cheaper and better quality IMO than motorcraft.
