Default IWE issue

So,

Had the IWE issue arise recently. Based on the information here I was able to replace most of the parts. I even had to replace the half shaft after the torque wrench I was using did not "break" at 20lbs and snapped the bolt in half. So after everything is bolted back up, a problem has risen.

While turning, and only turning to the left, on a sharp turn, the grinding sound happens. When I switch it into 4Hi, it goes away. It comes from both sides, mostly from driver side and only sometimes from the passenger side. But doesn't happen when turning right.

I am not sure if there is a line issue now or if it is something I missed while putting everything back together.

Also, while in 4Hi, it feels as if there is something wrong with the rear end. It feels as if it is dragging the rear tires. I have owned and used 4wd trucks in the past and never noticed this type of dragging before.

My truck is 2006 screw long bed.
Replaced right and left IWE actuators.
Replaced the driver side half shaft due to the broken bolt.
Replaced the solenoid as well.

Driving straight ahead, no sounds. While doing gentle turns, no sounds. Only comes from making sharp turns, low speeds.

Thanks for any information you can offer up.

Btw, sorry if this was the wrong place to post this up.

And I have read many of the other posts, here and throughout the internet. Couldn't find anything similar.

Have you tested the vacuum lines yet?

How did you determine the IWEs needed to be replaced? How did you determine that the solenoid needed to be replaced?

Grinding sound from the front IWE area. When I would switch it into 4hi, it would go away. First thing I did was swap the solenoid to rule that out. Then when I pulled the IWE's off, they were completely inoperable.

I haven't checked the lines yet due to not having a line tester.
