Default Interior lights LED conversion

Hey all.

New LED lights for the interior and the license plate came in today. When I get them installed ill take some pics and write down exact bulb numbers. I had trouble deciding what to get and where even after multiple searches - so hopefully that write up will make it easier on the next person... I'll keep ya posted!

I've been looking to do that! Are you swapping out the bed light as well?

Default Light Numbers

Okay... I finally have a few minutes to get this updated... sorry to keep ya'll waiting!

As stated before I only did my map lights, dome light, plate lights, and I'm about to order the cargo lights (not the 3'rd brake light)..

Here are the numbers that you will all need to get the right bulbs. I ordered them from superbrightleds.com A search on that sight will bring them right up.

Plate lights: WLED-W-90 (194) wedge base (these are only 1 LED "bulb") -any bigger won't fit.

Map Light: WLED-CWHP15-TAC (194 Type)

Dome light: 4410-CW9 Fetsoon Bulb

I got all the bulbs in "Cool White"

For the cargo lights in the bed- you can use the exact same bulb as the map lights...

There is a bulb finder on the site that will tell you what bulb you need, however it's not all that accurate- which is why I put this together to lessen confusion.

Hope it helps!

BTW- this is for my 04 FX4... Sorry I don't have any pics yet...I'm still working on that- but trust me, they kick a**!

Good question Maks630. I've been wondering the same thing before placing my order as well. One place can also be cheaper then the other on any given day too.

Where did you order yours from fx4photog?

I have purchased many bulbs from superbrightled and had no problems with any of them.

There are coupon code floating around the net on various web sites you can use to lower the prices.

This is a great mod, good luck with it
