Will a 02 f250 k&n intake for the 5.4 fit into my 04 5.4. I know it will work but will it fit?

same motor .. it may have different throttle bodys.. go to K&N web site and look up both years and see if part number is same.

But seriously to the OP, don't waste your money on a CAI. My truck came with one on it and I took it off and swapped it out for a stock one in less than 1 week of owning it.

You don't need a CAI, these trucks are actually factory equipped with a kind of CAI. Just do the Gotts mod if you really want to do anything to the air intake. Its cheap and simple.
