Default Installing hid's

Have absolutely no clue. I took my stock bulbs off and could not figure out how install them.

My headlight lamps have the little cone in front of the bulb thing

Can anyone tell me how to install these?

Pretty simple install once you realize it. Lol first I would begin by mounting the ballast. Than find a good place to ground them. After this is done simply take the stock wiring harness and plug it to the corresponding plug on the ballast. Install bulbs, plug bulbs into ballast and than connect the power cable to the battery. Everything should work. Of course things could vary slightly depending on the exact HID kit.

No I mean just the bulb in general it doesn't fit in the housing and there's nothing that it came with to hold it in the housing

If you don't have a hid projector please return the kit and ask for your money back.

The HID bulb should just twist into the stock housing fine. Make sure you ordered the right bulb number.

This isn't necessary. Although projectors are nice, you don't "need" them.

Wouldn't it be neat if the mods created a sticky for all the HID questions? One stop shopping for all your HID questions?

On-coming traffic would LOVE it if you used projectors. The glare and blinding light is a little unnecessary.

Screw Prii? Pruises? Whatever the hell the plural of a POS is....

Go buy a Geo Metro. Great gas mileage and no strip mining required!

if you ordered an HID bulb for a projector...metal clips hold it in the projector. they do not just twist in like a factory h13 bulb.....seeing as he stated there is nothing to hold it in.

take a pic of the bulbs you have sir.
