hi,
Has anyone install foglights on cars without foglight mount? If so, can you please give hint/pics?
Thank you much.

What car/truck/van/tank are you trying to install fogs on?

no, but assume you'd start swapping out your bumper for one with fogs. providing more specific info would be helpful.

A light bar or a pair of cubes in the bumper center opening is what I would do if I was interested in this.

Something like this, or a small one on each side of the opening.

You could make your own brackets and source your own light if you are creative.

laterongc,
I am thinking of adding some sources of light if it can be quick. I am not looking into $/time modification. Thanks laterongc

needsmoarturbo,
Those LED bar, are they fog lights? I always thought they are spot lights?
Thanks.

Adding OE fog lights would require a new bumper, fog light assemblies, some wiring, a new headlight switch, etc.

You could maybe stuff some aftermarket ones into the bumper opening. Wire them to the low beams, you can’t control them much, but they’d be always one with the lows. I leave mine on with lows all the time when it’s dark.

I don't know. Can you tell me what's the difference between a spot light and a fog light? How spread out the beam is? I think you might be able to find different styles spot vs driving.
In my opinion i doubt most OEM fog lights have much "engineering" behind them, they just stick a light down in the bumper and call it good .

I leave foglights on all the time too, other cars.

To me, I thinking foglights are wider spread and has a little scoop just light headlights so that it won't blind people. Spot or pod lights are straight bright off road... but I am not sure anymore on these "modern stuff" nowaday. Maybe my knowledge is out of date. I do see many ads on foglights that look just like those off road LED lights.

Actually, I just found a pair of small old day headlights in my garage. I wonder how it is if I have 4 headlights on my truck
