Injectors are sorta' like the aireator on a kitchen facet. Gets wet every time we turn it on - then 'dries' when we shut if off leaving whatever imperatives exit behind to dry and crystallize like the hard water that clogs the aireator screen ----- and forces us to replace the nozzel. Injectors get the same 'stuff' on them that hardens around spark plug snouts on '04 - '08 spark plugs that 'twists' them off on removal. I seriously doubt SeaFoam or Tectron or Kreen get all that SH*@#T off. Fuel trims are adjusted by Bank - not individual injector. If injector deliver is NOT balanced --- fuel trim averages the adjustment across four injectors. And I could NOT FIND ANY SHOP capable of checking calibration of injectors. SO: My opinion is they should be replaced preventatively every 150 to 200k miles - or so.

I'm not opposed to having them rebuilt, I know of a shop in CA that has a 48 hour turnaround time. GB remanufacturing rebuilds OE injectors to factory spec and has a 15k mile warranty on their rebuild & return injectors. I couldn't find prices on their website, but they run $35/injector for BMW injectors, so I'm assuming similar pricing for the Ford. I'll have to call for more information.

@adrianjwalsh put in a set of Ford Racing injectors. Maybe check in with him how they're performing. $216 on the rain forest website & Summit.

Part #M-9593-LU24A

Six hole spray pattern is supposed to better atomize the fuel. Read quite a few other posts with these having good results/reviews.

Not sure on the warranty.

That's a darn good price for injectors, if they are in fact compatible with the '04. I didn't see an application list.

From reading posts and questions asked at Ford Racing, they are a direct fit for an '04.
