My truck's got pretty much everything new, only things I haven't replaced is: O2 sensors, FPDM, fuel pump, cats, MAF (cleaned MAF and TB). Besides those, everything else is brand new, that's why I'm kinda hesitant about keep changing parts and not getting results
Read this and see how many people it helped solve their idle issue:

Wow, i will definitely give this a shot. I recently opened a thread about my truck shifting funny, like it shifts to 4th gear at the wrong speed, i could be doing 55 to 60 MPH and its at 1500 ish rpms, feels like when your driving a car with manual tranny and have to downshift to get power back up, its hard to explain, anyways, on the link you posted apparently someone was having the same issue and this fixed it. Ill get it done tomorrow no matter what. Thanks!

At this stage of the game I'd go back to the basics. First do a visual on the FPDM (and perhaps swap it out) and check the condition of all vacuum lines.

Then check all connections and vacuum hoses for condition. A simple vacuum leak can cause the symptoms you're experiencing.

Don't give up on the truck yet.

Ok, if the FPDM is not rotten on the back part it means its still ok? I sprayed vacuum lines with carb cleaner and no luck, maybe I don't know what im doing. Maybe it needs a smoke test. I had a mechanic friend just "look" at my truck and he said it could be a timing issue, who knows

Well hopefully that means the vacuum lines are OK and I'm not sure about the timing issue, but the FPDM still could have issues.

See this thread. Sometimes it's what you can't see unless you disconnect it.
