Ideas for mounting flashlight
Happy new Year...
I like to carry at least 2 flashlights in my vehicles. Door trays are noisy as the flashlights bounce around. Any ideas on mounting them to stop noise and have them handy if needed?
I have mounted 1 in the center console by removing the torx screw which holds the cd holder and installing a bracket for a small led flashlight.
I am thinking of either velcro somewhere on the dash or another bracket under the front of the drivers seat to hold a larger led similar to a medium size MagLite. The front seat location has two screws which look like they are holding part of the electric seat mechanism.
Thanks,
Bernie

I keep a small pocket-sized flashlight on a CD visor cover. I can put up pics later if you're interested. Do you not just want to put a flashlight in the back pocket of the front seats?

I hope I attached two photos correctly. One of a small flashlight mounted in the center console. The other photo is the flashlight I want to mount under the drivers seat. It is sitting on the carpet and the screw is the one I am thinking of using for the mount.
As far as placing a flashlight in the seat pockets or in the glove box, etc, they get buried under all of the junk that gets thrown in. When you need them, you need them fast. I was a volunteer EMT (for 5 years)in Pa. many years ago and have always been prepared!!! Things happens...
If the photos did not post correctly, I will try again.

Second flashlight mounted in front of drivers seat. Pics attached. used the two apx 3/8 " dia holes on seat frame. insereted machine screw through broom clamp and then through the hole. In side the frame I held a flat washer and nut. Using a split screw driver I tightened the nut and bolt. awakward yes, but did not have to remove the seat. I am happy..
