Default 2007 SCREW level options

Wanting to level 2-2 1/2 front with 1 inch rake. Have read until I have confused myself. This is what I'm looking for:
1. AS type level or shock level (Blisten or Rancho)
2. Which will have less wear and tear on front end (ball joints ect..)
3. truck is off road 50% of time (farm/hunting) Nothing extreme
4. What size rear block to get slight rake?
5. What off set will i need in the rims to avoid rubbing?

Of the two, just would like opinions/experience, on which would be better to still keep close to factory ride and not put alot of stress on front end.

New tires and rims will be Fuel 20" Hostage with BFG Ko2 305/55/20

Is your truck 4x4 or rwd because that will make a slight difference? Measure from the center of the wheel hub to the to center of the wheel well and find the difference. Don't go more than 2.5" in the front. I'm not personally going more than 2" because that's all I need to level. I don't want any rake or unneeded stress.

4x4. Just can't decide which level option is best.

I have a 2008 SCREW and put on the Rough Country longer struts and the matching rear shocks about 6 month ago. Makes me dead level. Can't help with the tires as I put on 33's. The shop that did the align said that it aligned very easily and I think that it drives and handles great. I would definitely do again.

Install a 1.5 leveling spacer up front.. this will leave some rake..will not raise hell on the joints or cv shafts and will clear the 305's.. stay with a positive off set on the wheels for no rubbing.
