Default IAC?

I know alot of people have mentioned the rough idle being caused by an IAC. I have had problems finding one on the internet. Is this only something Ford will sell or am I just looking in all the wrong places. I have the 4.6 2V in my truck and it rough idles in park and sometimes when stopped in drive. I have read numerous threads and never see where i can find one. Any help is appreciated. I have already had my PCM flashed and cleaned the throttle body.

Ok, Thank You. I just haven't been able to find them online so I didn't know if they were a Ford exclusive.

You can clean them instead of replacing. Save some money

Do tell, I was under the impression that it was built into the throttle body.

My truck is a 2008.

Haha, duh. It says it in my signature. Sorry, oversight.

I say flashing, sometimes they update it. The PCM is what basically runs the truck. It learns the habits of the truck and controls it to run at its best. Flashing it would be setting it back to like it was a new truck.
