Default I need help asap

So i followed the thread on how to clean the contacts for my window switches, it didn't help like any... And now only the drivers controls work. None of the other window switches work. Is there something simple I missed?

Yup. Buy new switches, not just saying that to be an dink, the switches are faulty, I replaced both drivers and passenger side switches in my 07, my dad in his 08 same thing, they will start to fail intermittently and one day they will just quit. I also tried to take them apart and clean them and didnt work. Ha to replace. Save your self some head aches and get new ones. Ford did change this part because of the known issues. Good luck.

Do you think the new switches would help with my previous issue of the pass front window not wanting to go up?

If the window wasn't going up with your driver control's or the passenger controls, there's a good chance it's the window; could be a number of things.

I've gone thru 4 drivers side switches in 7 yrs. I hope when I get my new truck I don't go through this again. Always when it rained, they failed.

So i looked, and the window lock button thing is broken, but the pass front window still doesn't go back up like it should. I cleaned the contacts but no luck.

Going up is usually how the switch fails and when I cleaned mine they stopped working altogether. Bought the driver window switch for like $60-70 at the dealer and put it on myself.

Well I switched the little metal pieces and didn't change anything. Need a window lock button... Guessing It's something with the motor.
