Default I was lazy...

...and this happened. My own fault, I always wash my baby by hand but I was too lazy today.

I was lazy...-image-1047465698.jpg

Blue Wave Car Wash was quick to blame me and that these things happen with clip in accessories, I said "Really? Looks to me like it was bolted on 8+ places to the truck."...

Hope everyone is having a better July 4th than me!

Aint nothing wrong with "having someone else do it" from time to time. Its called LIFE and people get busy. Unfortunatley your scenerio didn't work out too well...sorry for that. Looks like you can get away with trying to buy just one fender flare and to the paint/reinstall yourself. Can't really tell but did it scratch your bed when it ripped off?

Nice wheels btw, I have the same ones lol!

You're not accepting the car washes answer are you? They have insurance. They damaged your truck. You need to speak with the manager/owner.

That damage is unacceptable..... You need to ask them politely to fix it. If they don't, then send a second request to fix it on a lawyers letterhead... If that happened to me at my local car wash tunnel, they would be helping me pick out what fender flares I wanted them to buy for me..... once again, that is unacceptable, unless you knew that the fender flare was already loose.

All of the car washes here have disclaimers that say they are not responsible for damage. I used to have a bug guard on the front until it got creased at the car wash.

Wow that's insane, Ive never seen a car wash do that to any fender flares. Hopefully they will fix it for you.

I install, build, and own carwashes and our signs state not respinsible for aftermarket moldings or parts. Sorry dude but that does suck. What kind of machine was it and where at?
