Default I guess I'm stupid...

But I cant figure out these tire specs and numbers ect, ect, ect. So with that being said, I am going with 18x9 Black XD Monster Wheels w/ Nitto Terra Grappler 275/70/18 Tires (I know a lot of people have the monsters, however, here in KY, I don't see a lot of theim so its ok by me). I have read the tire sticky over and over and still fell like a special ed math student. I know the backspacing on these rims are 6.38 and they have an offset of either -12mm, +18mm or +35mm. I have a 2.5 AS on my 08 SCrew 4x4. My question is I want a wider stance and want to know which offset I sould go with to get this. I would like the tires to stick out outside of the fenders just a little. I know the wheel specs Size: 275/70/18, Diameter: 33.3", Width: 11". I have no plans on getting a supension lift for the future so thats no worries. Any help would be appreciated.

7.58....10.8267 Ok well we can be stupid together, im pretty good at mad so we'll try to figure this out until someone comes and just gives us a flat out answer lol. your rims are 18", and your tires will add 7.58 inches around the rim so that =33.16". your tires will be 10.83" wide at the tread so thats almost an inch of rubber added to the outside of your rim. k give me a minute to figure out the rest lol

12mm=.47; 18mm= .71; 35mm= 1.38".....The back spacing will change depending on the offset naturally. hmm yeah this is tricky lol a negative offset pushes tire rim/tire away from the vehicle, and positive obviously does the opposite. So the -12mm will be the furthest out. If you take these numbers and compare them to your current rim and tire numbers it will give you the difference

I have the black XD monster wheels in 18x9 with the -12mm offset. Tire size is 325/60/18 (33.4/12.8/18) This link will help you with that http://www.therangerstation.com/tech...nch_Tires.html

OMG my head hurts...i dont know man i think its the 35mm offset from what the wheel tire thread explained but the best way is to take it to a tire shop like discount tire...they will mount it so you can see how it looks before you buy it
