The wires look a little old but I don't see any visual damage. I am gonna find a new connector today and change it out to see if that helps.

i wonder if it is possible that the FPDM would cause this code being that it's at the rear of the truck and the FRPS is in the front.

Got a relative, friend, neighbor, etc with an '04-'08? Buy him some beer and swap in his FPDM. Take you just a few minutes and will either confirm it or rule it out once and for all.

Can anyone point me in the right direction because I've had this code for a week now and I have replaced the sensor, the fuel pump works fine and the FPDM is new. I've cleaned the MAF sensor, throttle body and replaced the fuel filter. If anyone out there can help me, I'm pulling my hair out at this point and would rather do it myself than bring it in.

How many threads are you going to start for this same issue? It's as confusing - and as pointless - as crossposting. You are losing any continuity by all this jumping around - and that is NOT helping you.

Yer **** / OCD aboot yer truck - okay, we get it. But, I've got some news for yall - most of us here are the same way, so yer not special.

https://www.f150forum.com/f4/question-everybody-251059/

I'd desist or someone is going to report you eventually (no, it ain't gonna be me). If you want the best help, please follow the rules.

Now - as was mentioned in yer other thread - DID you CONFIRM yer DORMAN FPDM was in FACT good - by a DIRECT replacement with a known-good unit - to take it off the list as a suspect, or not ?

As it is now, yer spinnin' yer wheels and wasting yers - and everyone else's - time.

Good luck!

where was the problem then?
i can not see other 9threads!
Im getting P0193 for a while, even forget about it as i have had no cats on truck so engine light always on.
I instaled cats now and realised yea i still have that bloody code...
I replaced FRPS, no change, truck drive without any problems with code...
starting thinking is something to do with my LPG conversion...usualy fuel pressure sits at 37psi...saw it few times at 70for second...

Default I would use torque pro to monitor fuel rail pressure

The fpdm module controls the fuel pump, the pcm gives fpdm an okay to pump input . I did have trouble with the gasket on connector for fpdm it rolled inside and was intermittent but it failed to give fuel and shutdown truck many times before I found it I suppose it could stick on if it failed . I would try a new one . Fuel pump relay just gives fpdm permission, it wouldn't cause this .
Clean all those connectors . Including the ones under truck drivers side.

Probably not related to the recent problems on this thread, but a good preventive maintenance habit would be to get a quality cleaner to spray into the throttle body while the engine is running. The purpose is to clean off any residue on the valves since nothing but air and a little oil go through your intake, no fuel to clean the valves. I have a great interest in the final outcome as I have the same truck.
