Default Howling noise??

Ok so I have a 2005 xlt 4.6. just this evening I noticed a loud howling noise, it only happens when I start accelerating and continues while the truck up shifts, I was thinking maybe something with the transmission? Im not getting any trans fault codes either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At 25 seconds in that video is what it sounds like but very loud, and it's as soon as I put it in drive or reverse and give it a little bit of gas is when I hear it.

I had a similar noise in my 08.
And I took it to the shop and I had cracked one of my pulleys.
70$ later the noise was gone.

One thing I noticed is this noise seems like its coming from the back of the motor, what I did was put blocks in front of the front tires, put it in second gear and gave it a little bit of gas and the noise was there, also it shows up as soon as I drop it into drive which kind of leads me to believe it could be the torque converter? I'll check the pullies also just to make sure.

Ok so I narrowed it down to the torque converter, bringing it back to the mechanic Monday to get it changed. He told me that since he's taking the transmission out he's going to change the oil and filter for the tranny, he said said he's going to put a conditioner in the oil, is that a good idea or no?
