Default How many miles are on your F150?

Okay, let's see how many "long in the tooth" 04-08 F150s are out there!

Tell us the current mileage on your F150, and what you have done to promote / ensure that your truck keeps on keep'in on. Also, tell us what major repairs have been done along the way.

79k Single cab long bed...4.2 Auto... Its a pile of crap...And i drive the ***** off it

Its had Royal Purple and K&N oil and air filter since it was new. All fluids are switched to Royal purple beofore like 10k miles...

Everything on the truck has either came apart... Been replaced/rebuild/wrecked... Some of the metal is original and the engine hasn't had any problems. But all the steering has been replaced basically... From pump to tie rods...Rear end exploded at around 50k..

Transmission is on its way out right now. It gets ran/drove hard, but i use the best parts(I don't cheap out on parts )

Like 4 deer...A car wash...s10 blazer...And a 18foot car trailer have did damage to it.

Ehh.. Thats about it It's been a good truck.

2005 Scab. Has 113,xxx mi on it. I've changed my alternator. Went out at like 90,xxx ish. Maybe it was my large stereo system or something like that. Honestly, I've been quite hard on her. I have E fans, Programmer, Intake, Exhaust, and Gears. I wind her up quite often and she is still as strong as ever. Sounds good. Gets somewhere around 17.5 mpgs drivin like a grandpa. It's time for an oil change though. Made the switch to synthetic and extra lasting filters. It's doing very well. It does make a tapping noise when it's cold though. I think it may be oil passages or something to do with the timing. I'm not sure but I have access to a used motor with a warranty for $900 so no worries. It's paid for so I love it but there are many a times when I wish I found a turbo diesel instead. It's not fair. Those oil burners have twice the torque and still manage to break the 20's in mpgs. My next one will be a powerstroke. But till then, I'm rollin on with a hard on. My truck is awesome.

2007 Scab with 48k
I take her to WallyWorld (WalMart) every 3k for an oil change and haven't had any problems. I haven't had to do any repairs but I have put some new parts on (in my sig).

33?K, been good so far and have put it to some pretty hard work in the last 5K or so. Largest load was about 16-17K. Handled it great, miss my cummins, but till I find a nice reg cab cummins I don't doubt this pickup will pull thru.
