Default How to know for sure!!??

Im buying a leveling kit (2.5) but i got to look at my truck and it seems pretty leveld... How can i find out if previous owner put one on it or not for sure before i buy it?... I will post a pic of my truck when i get home so ya'll can get a better look... Thnx in advance, and sorry if this as been asked before...

I think i looks level... But i could b wrong... Plus a lil' nose high could b kool... But good point
