Anyone know where I can find a honeycomb style insert for 07. I have the surround just need the insert like the picture shows. Thanks in advance!

Haha trying to find a way to install the mesh insert I bought on my fx2! The only way I can figure out is to get a honeycomb insert, cut and bolt it on the flap left from honeycomb grille.

 

Hmmm, what happened to your FX2 grille?

 

It's on the truck but if I were to cut the fx2 grille out it doesn't have the plastic piece to bolt the insert on to like the honeycomb does.

 

Yep, I know, this has been a challenge of mine to do and insert on the FX2, which I have. I refuse to cut my FX2 insert. I have been watching this grille on ebay, even though its an auction, I made him an offer of $70 and he said send the money and he would end the auction, problem is I just bought a full retrofit from TRS:

Yea I don't want to cut my fx2 grille either. That's not a bad deal for that grille on eBay. May have to look into that. I want some retrofitted headlights for mine.. Where did you get those emblems. I have the same color truck and like the look or yours.

 

They are just $4 decals from ebay sellers. Grill took a 6" decal, painted the oval black, installed the decal then clearcoated. Same with the 9" tailgate oval, but I bought a 8" decal.

 

How does the 8 inch fit? Would you recommend it over the 9?
