Hey all-
I was just wondering who has a lot of miles on their 5.4 liter. Just wanting to know about how reliable these engines are over time, and if they last as long as the old school engines. I drove my 95 F150 to 180k, and never had a single engine problem. It had 4.9 straight six.

I got 105000! To me though thats not really a lot. I'm hoping to hit 200000. She runs fine so far with little hicups from time to time.

My 2004 5.4 has 149500 and runs good the only repair I've had to do is replace a crank shaft seal but that's no big deal other than that its ran great
