Default High flow cats anyone??

So i have a 2005 king ranch 4x4 with 5.4. I have banks monster dual exhaust now but looking into high flow cars by either flowmaster or magnflo. Has anyone installed these before and if so any actual gains of either sound or hp? Also biggest question- did they throw any codes? Im not looking to race the truck but would like to open up the sound alittle if possible, but refuse to mess with anything thats gonna throw codes i have to deal with. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Anyone? Ive also now found oem bolt on y-pipes that include a catalytic converter made by either flowmaster or magnaflow. These dont look to be the "high flow" cats incorporated in the y-pipe but they do say they increase air flow over stock and produce better sound. Anyone have any experience with these?

I've heard by other people that putting an extension on your rear O2 sensors can trick your ECU into thinking everything is fine with a bad cat, hi flow cat, or no cat. Now granted this is only what I've heard from other people because I would not do that to my vehicle. No definitely not.
