2008. F150 alt crew cab with a 4.6. Headlight work fine when first turned on (low & high beams). After driving around with the low beams on (about 20 minutes) if I try to turn on the high beams I lose the headlights and no blue indicator. If I switch to low beams the lows work. I tried a new high beam flasher but problem remained. If I hit the fuse box the high beams would work. Is this a problem someone else has experienced.thanks.

 

Try replacing the fuse or try using contact cleaner on the fuse itself?

 

I'll try cleaning the fuse. I didn't go there because everything work fine when first turned on. When high beams don't work and I shut every thing off for awhile, when I turn lights back on all is good. That's why I was thinking a flasher or a module. Heat related

Have already replaced the team high beam relay.
