High beam not working
I have a 2004 f150 fx4, and my high beams stopped working. I checked the fuse, and it was good. The high beam indicator on the cluster stays on all the time now. Has anyone had this problem or know what's wrong? I don't know where to start.

Stays on regardless of what position the switch is in?
Stating the obvious here, although not common at all, I've seen once or twice where both bulbs failed at the same time. Have you checked the bulbs?
Next would be to see if you're getting power at the plug, then work your way back to the power source.

Do you have LED headlights or fog lights?

A cheap thing you could check would be all the wiring to and from the headlights. The reason the high beam indicator on your dash is staying illuminated is the computer in the truck is looking for a signal returning from the high beams to let the truck know if they are on or not. Basically it thinks the bulb is burned out even if it isn't. Sounds like a broken connection to me. That could be broken connection in a wire, electrical connector, or even as noted above it could be in the column turn/headlight combo switch.

I don't think that switch is a common problem with our trucks, and I don't know specifically about replacing them on these trucks but I know that replacing one in a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee was not fun!

Looky what I found! Looks like the switch itself is pretty easy. Getting into it will be the most involved part of the process but doesn't look to awful bad.
