This website IMO is a little sketchy. They claim these are Aline bulbs/ballasts and that the kit is 35.99. However, I took a trip to the Aline website and replacement HID bulbs alone are $99 The conversion kit sells for $399.
I saw there's a guy on here people seem to have nothing but good words to say about his HID kits and he's someone I'd pick over these people. Lifetime warranty might only exist as long as the company/website does and even then customer service could be horrid.

I'll have to disagree with the statement "if it's plug and play, it's not true HID". The ballast needs power to light up the HID bulbs. The factory light harness has a ground, a low beam power and high beam power lead. Therefore, the ballast can utilize these factory power/ground wires and be "plug and play".
