Okay here's my symptoms. Say I'm going down the road say 50-60 mph and say I come to a sharp curve I get out of the gas and on the brake to take the curve but then as I get back on the gas/throttle it seems like my truck hesitates for a second or two, its like I didn't even push the gas at all then of a sudden it goes like it didn't happen . Any ideas it's happened a few times it like my drive by wire is hesitating or throttle body is slow to open

 

It is a known fault with our trucks pcm. A tuner will cure it. May get a re-flash from the dealer if you dont want the tuner, although its not guaranteed to make it go away.

 

^what he said. On the other hand, have you cleaned your MAF sensor and throttle body? Also, when was the art time your air filter? I know these things are basic, but they could be a cheap fix.

Cleaned mass air and throttle body and new air filter along with new coil packs last week.

 

Like I said, it's in your PCM. Nothing you clean or replace will make it go away. Its a common fault. A tuner will cure it, or a reflash might. Google "F150 throttle hesitation" and you will see countless threads on it. Goodluck.

 

Search for " diamondbird mod" on the site also.

 

I think diamonbird is a farce.....lol. Only because I tried it with absolutely no improvement. An Edge Evolution made all the hesitation go away.

 

X2 I have to ease into the gas now or I get thrown back a little bit

 

Must be one hell of a tune.

 

Hesitation...Look at these videos if you haven't. Their fix is replacing the plugs.
