Default Here we go again.. Help! Codes and Questions

Well, back on the problem train!

2004 5.4

So I had a CEL come on the other day, took it to O'Reilly to have them scan it, says P0174 (System too lean, Bank 2) We cleared it and I went back and took my MAF sensor out and cleaned it since I have a K&N intake and the filter oil tends to make these things dirty, so I'm told. Disconnected it, cleaned it, put it back in, started up and CEL is gone. Drive 2 days, back on. Back to O'Reilly, now says P0174 and P0175 (System too rich, bank 2). Now someone explain how that happens, when it leaned out did the computer over compensate and over richen. Needless to say the CEL is back on.

Ok, so heres what I have done thus far:
-Cleaned MAF sensor
-Replaced all sorts of rubber hoses that come in and out intake plentum, air filter tube etc.
-Tightened clamps on air filter tube etc.

I have been told that it could be intake gaskets, 02 sensors, and a bad MAF sensor.

Is there something I'm missing? And if it was 02 sensors, would it show a code saying bad 02?

Also, for anyone who has replaced 02 sensors on a 2004, how the heck do you get the passenger side front one out without removing the trans and trans dipstick? All the rest are easy to get to with a open end wrench it seems.

And also there is no rough idle code or anything. Spark plugs were replaced at 85K and it now has 113K on it.

What is a live data feed and how do I find that out? I don't have a tuner on my truck yet if thats what you're referring to. I just had the local auto parts store scan it with theirs.
