Default Help with this noise

2005 F150 215k miles 5.4 3v
Recently just did a timing job and the truck runs great now but this sounds is making me wonder what’s going on. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I pulled the belt and the noise is still there.

Can you post the video to YouTube and then share the link?
Anyone viewing on a mobile device can't download and watch your attached video.

Yikes, doesn't sound awesome.
Have you tried checking the crankshaft endplay? If that is good it seems like something has to be rubbing maybe in the front timing cover?
Or maybe the crank pulley is rubbing on the outside of the front cover?

Do you think it could be the exhaust manifold? I tried looking for broken studs but I can’t seem to locate all of them when crawling up under the truck.

Seems odd to reply to a post but ignore the question asked and ignore all of the proposed possible scenarios?

The timing chain is rubbing on something
Better take the front cover back off
I have seen bad sheet in there after timing jobs
Like one of the chains not sitting on one of the sprockets correctly
Hate to say it, but that is what I am hearing
Could be a broken or mispositioned guide

This is unfortunately what I would lean towards as well.
An exhaust manifold leak is more off a putt putt or ticking noise, what I hear in the video sounds like a scraping sound.

I checked the crankshaft endplay before I started the timing job, only knew to check that first watching fordtechmakuloco video. Everything seemed good so decided to go ahead and fix the timing. I did crawl under to see if the balancer was running and eating away at the cover but that looks good also.

Put a mechanics stethoscope on the front cover and run it with the serp belt removed
