Default Help! Need a diagnosis!

My engine knocks after I've driven it for about 15 minutes or at idle. It slightly shakes the truck itself. After i reach about 1200 RPMs it goes away. I'm pretty sure it's the cam phaser but not positive, any input would be great! I have a 07 f150 with a 5.4 triton. I took a video here

Holy **** that sounds bad, I'm not sure if it's the phasers but i would think so. I have a small tick but I bought my truck last year so I never exprienced the real tick of the phasers

Wowzers.

It's doing it 3 times a second so it could be a bad lifter. I hope not as this usually leads to bend valves, dropped valves and all that jive.

My truck sounded exactly like that at idle. Noise would go away at 1200 RPMs but I ended up trading it in. Thast a scary noise.

Replace all timing components for sure, and check your rockers and lash adjusters. If they all check out you could of dropped main rod bearing.... id hope not, but that bucking its doing isnt caused by cam phasers. Make sure you arent misfiring as well
