do you need the extra height because you have too much rake or because you want a lift higher that 6 inches? if it's to eliminate rake, you could get a smaller lift block in the back or a longer shackles to drop the rear an inch or 2

Yeah. Having a 6" lift keeps your angles like stock. Putting the 2" level on top is the same as having a stock truck with a 2" level.

I ended up selling it and the kid is still driving it to this day (another 2 years) without issue.

What lift do you have?? Coil overs or blisteins would be the way to go.. Take that strut spacer out...

thats a good point. i mentioned in my first post i ran a coilover + the spacer....if you're not running a coilover and have a 6" spacer then i wouldnt recommend running 2 spacers.

I need it from 2 reasons, one is the rake, which I could always lower the rear, but why lower when you could lift. but I need to lift the front because of my offset with my wheels, at full lock they're too close for comfort.

I have the bds 6" lift. It's for 4wd, but the only modification was the spindles and hubs up front
