Usually it has a sticker somewhere in the interior with the code, on my sisters exploder its in the back inside the panel where her stock sub is at. (Its a limited) I dont know where the 04 and up would be, maybe someone on here knows, or you could contact a ford dealer.

The code is located behind the back seat on the drivers side. You need to remove the seat back and the carpet liner on the drivers side. You will find a control box back there with the number on it. You can also program your own number into it if you choose. I programmed the number into my cell phone, just so I would have it if I ever got locked out of the truck.

Hi,

look through your owner's manual package. Mine has a credit card size card with the number on it.

Yeah a dealer will look it up for about 60 bucks!!! Not ****in worth it. Just rip the back seat out and look for the black control box. I had to do that and it was really easy once I knew how to get my seat out. If you want help check you tube there a video of a guy ripping his back seat out. pretty much you just jerk up on it with all your might and it pops loose. Hope this helps. Good luck and Happy Fordin!!

the dealer should be able to go into the computer system and look up the code if you don't have it they can even change it once they figure out what it is.
