Default help finding problem

i have a 2006 lariat, 128xxx. for about a month now i have noticed a sound coming from the front of the truck when im moving in reverse and turning the wheels in either direction. it started out only when the wheels were at full crank and is slowely starting to get worse. im not sure where to start to look but i have a few ideas of what it could be. i want yalls opinion, what do yall think

if its a squeak check ball joints, otherwise rack and pinion, or bushings

I would say it's more of a squeaking or whinding sound...I only hear it when I'm turning the vehicle, not when it's straight.
