Gentlemen,
I picked up the CRC MAF sensor cleaner, removed the sensor, and holy cow, it was disgustingly filthy! Probably never been cleaned, plus had a coating of oil on it, probably from the K&N air cleaner that the truck came with. I thoroughly "Hosed it down", reinstalled it, cleared the codes, and I must say, it definitely seems to be running smoother. So far I've driven about 100 miles and the light hasn't come back on, but I still get a bit of a misfire around 1800 RPM's while accelerating. Hopefully I'll be able do the boots and springs this weekend.
Thanks to all who responded, your advice is much appreciated.

I’ll bet the throttle body is gunked up as well.. remove it and hose it down with some CRC TB cleaner

Might as well hose a new fuel filter on there as well.

I put a new Fram fuel filter in the last time I was under the truck changing the oil, about 4000 miles ago.(Always Mobil 1) How often do you typically change the fuel filter?
I'll look into cleaning the throttle body.
Thanks again for the tips.
