Help with this code....

Gentlemen,
I picked up the CRC MAF sensor cleaner, removed the sensor, and holy cow, it was disgustingly filthy! Probably never been cleaned, plus had a coating of oil on it, probably from the K&N air cleaner that the truck came with. I thoroughly "Hosed it down", reinstalled it, cleared the codes, and I must say, it definitely seems to be running smoother. So far I've driven about 100 miles and the light hasn't come back on, but I still get a bit of a misfire around 1800 RPM's while accelerating. Hopefully I'll be able do the boots and springs this weekend.

I put a new Fram fuel filter in the last time I was under the truck changing the oil, about 4000 miles ago.(Always Mobil 1) How often do you typically change the fuel filter?
I'll look into cleaning the throttle body.
