Ceramic pads will reduce the dust a lot, about 90%. I have used Morse pads sold at Checker and I was very satisfied with them.

Ceramic pads are definately the way to go...I just installed mine and it cut down on that dreaded dust significantly. Plus, it seems to stop a little better now too.

Tried some Wagner Thermoquiet pads with a descent rebate. Quiet with no dust. A little soft for a day or two but they bite well now. Anything is better than the originals.

just keep in mind that ceramics take longer to heat up and become effective.
