i don't know if this will help... on your pictures everything looks perfect.. but before you do anything have someone with you.. first bolt the strut on body 3 bolts on top should be 15mm. it will stick out little bit toward the tire, don't worry about that.. after strut is placed call you friend for help.. hold the nuckle straight, take big *** screw driver place under the strut and push it to get in the right hole.. that will help.. and make sure that sway bar link or what ever it calls is loose from lower control arm. i see its not.

Don't know if you got it figured out or not yet but I installed mine myself its was a HBS but pretty much same issue all I did was use a ratchet strap around the strut and hooked it on the truck to pull it back into place it worked great. It may look like its not sitting right till you get both sides done and back on the ground and then looks even better after you get it realigned. Hope this helps

I finally got the kit installed, however I had to give it hell. I ended up taking the struts out, disassembling them so that I could turn the cap around so that the spacer ended up in the stock position. Once I did that it slid right in a bolted up. Only wish I could have known this yesterday. Thanks for all your help. I am tempted to do a write up on this kit showing how I got it to work.

just curious did you unbolt the sway bar while installing the kit? and a few kits out there make you rotate it 180 degrees to reinstall with the level...

The studs were the right length. It's just the way the spacer sat it was kicking the strut out way to far to be forced into the lower control arm. So I disassembled the strut and spun the cap of the strut 180 degrease. Installed the spacer. Reinstalled the strut in stock position and it popped right in there
