Help!!
My 2006 f-150 5.4L Triton just got back from the doctor with seven trouble codes. It has been running rough and stalling occasionally and a noticeable lack of power. The trouble codes all seem to point to a faulty cam position sensor (both replaced less then a month ago). The trouble codes are as follows: P0022, P0171, P0175, P0340, P0344, P0345 and P0349.
Is there a wiring problem with this truck? If so where is the most common place? or Would a tune up help this problem?
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Just went threw a ton of trouble codes on a 97 s-10 i just dumped for my 150.Check your battery and alternator. It was dumping all the codes and turned out it was the alternator not that fixed the problem of it running right but it fixed the codes.
Here is a break down of your codes...
P0022 - Intake Camshaft position timing over retarded bank 2
P0171 - System too lean bank 1
P0175 - System too rich bank 2
P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1
P0344 - Camshaft Position sensor A Circuit intermitent Bank 1
P0345 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 2
P0349 - Camshaft Position sensor A Circuit intermitent Bank 2
You have something a foot on the cams.... Now there is a problem with the 5.4 with the Cam phazers.. I bet someone here can let you know the story on those.. I have a 4.2 that does not have those so I dont know.

Just a quick update on my truck. I took my truck in to a local mechanic instead of the stealership ($60 vs. $150/hour) he did some checking into the trouble codes. Now, I soon will be the proud owner of a new 5.4L engine! We figure it would be about the same amount to fix the old one as to replace it.
