Default Hell Bent Steel

I searched by both show post and show threads and did not get results.

Want to run 285/70/17 BFG mud terrains and am sure they will fit the rears without problems.

Looking at the 2 1/2" HBS leveling kit. Anyone else running this kit?

Any other suggestions that might be better?

Anything I need to worry about or brands to stay away from?

Hellbentsteel is a very good quality kit.One of the best out there.I am running the 2.5 inch kit and love it.Makes for a little stiffer ride, but once its broken in,you wont even notice it.Go with it.

Go with 35's on your stock rims like i did.You will clear them

you dont even need a lvl kit to run 285s on stock wheels mine cleared just fine but when i got my new wider wheels they rubbed at full turn so i got a rough country 2.5 lvl kit its made of polymear-plastic but its been bout 10k on the road and a few off road trips and havent had any problems. i heard that the ones made of steel make noise but thats just what i heard

I installed the HBS 2.5" leveling kit with a couple buddies in the garage. Took about 1.5 hrs and it turned out awesome. I installed 275/70R18 Goodyear Duratracs on the stock rims.
