Default heavy duty replacement transfer case 07

My dad is lookin for a heavy duty transfer case replacement. The one in his truck now is making the noise that I have read so much on. Ford won't replace it under warranty. So instead of spending 2gs on one from Ford, he wants a heavy duty replacement. I've been looking and really haven't had any luck. Maybe someone can help me? Thanks!

A metallic clikcking that changes when you push the shifter lever for the tcase. I have read on another thread that its the rear output shaft bearing. https://www.f150forum.com/f4/transfer-case-metallic-rotational-noise-4wd-81350/
