Default Heater/AC Heat/Cool Problem

2008 Ford F-150 4.6 V/8. Lots of miles. Heater and AC not working part of the time. Appears to work when truck has not been started/driven for a short period. . Note: Just changed the AC/Heater Blend Door, did not Fix. All vents settings blowing air when Using the control ****. What else would affect this issue? Thank You

No heat or cooling in the cab. Heater and AC works at times, good air flow on all heat or AC Settings. Thermostat good. It could still be that blend Motor I replaced, but I don't think so.

There are several doors one behind radio one behind glove box . I cut a flap in the one behind glove box , instructions on you tube . My ac problem was an intermittent ac compressor relay on drivers side fender fuse box .You may have to watch actuator actually operate .
Also your coolant system should be burped to get the air out of it ,its done buy squeezing the top radiator hose until no more bubbles come out in coolant reservoir .. Coolant reservoir cap is a pressure cap make it new .And I hope you used nothing but distilled water from wally world to make your coolant .
The flap actuators do fail and sometimes intermittent .I think I've heard of linkage problems too .
If your Freon not right evaporator turns into a block of ice stopping air flow.. You may have to look in there with a small android camera probe like on you tube to look for leaves etc . Mine is seventeen years old and orig still working . Just had to charge it once .

Heater works at times. Just talked to my brother, Air flow stops after about 30 minutes of being started.Thermostat good. It could still be that blend Motor I replaced, but I don't think so.
