I have LED's now in every location on my truck. The good LED's are not polarity sensitive. Diode Dynamics, even ACME from TRS are not polarity sensitive (at least the ones I have).

Is your truck equipped with daytime running lights? Regardless, I think all 3 lamps should come on together.
Only flip the park lamp bulb if it's LED. Halogens don't care.

You don't have factory DRL unless it's Canadian, plus you are missing the control relays in the pic you posted, and most likely the harness too. It was not an option in the U.S.
The side markers are tied directly into the running lights, so something is wrong. Bad bulbs in the new lights? Maybe lacking bulbs all together? Bad connections, etc? Test the output of the side marker sockets with a DMM, trace the wires back.

I have checked the bulbs. They look fine and the new headlights i installed came with new parking light connector. Plus side marker connector. So since you said they are tied into the parking lights i need trace it back to the splice in the wire to the parking light?
