Hi folks
I am new here and want to thank you for the info.I am trying to remove my head rest on my 2007 F-150 sport and I am following the instructions by push in on the bezel thingy that goes in and while holding the button in and lifting on the head rest it will not move.Am I missing something here?Thanks

 

Jiggle it? It should come right out if the button is fully depressed. Try pushing it all the way down and then pull it up.
