So i recently bought a 2005 5.4 4x4 XLT. 133k. I dove into changing spark plugs not knowing their notorious problem...damaged the drivers head in the process. I've replaced the head. It runs...crapy. Doesnt idle well. throwing codes for both left and right VCT...right side wasnt touched except for the plugs. any ideas???? Thanks
