I wasn't able to torque everything back to 100% specs because I couldn't fit my torque wrench in some spacer. When I take it to get aligned tomorrow, I'm going to see if they can torque everything back to specs. Has anybody had any problems or weird noises after personally installing a leveling kit?
Go look under the front wheel week and see if your upper control arm is hitting your strut the vynl coating on the coil spring will show some wear if its hitting. Mine does the same thing. It's the control arm hitting the coil spring around your strut. It sucks I still haven't found a solution. I hope you don't find that as your problem.

I just double checked..The spacer was hitting the black thing it fits up in where the top of the strut went...I went in with a 15mm wrench and tightened it as much as i could..It seemed to have solved the problem (at least for now) I didnt hear the noise after tightening it past specs...I may replace the struts..but i dont have enough $ to purchase a quik-strut

I have a 2.5" HBS on my truck and I put it on about 5 months ago and I never heard any noises coming from mine and I drive off road everyday down rough roads and it still doesnt make a noise. Is every piece put back together and seated right...as in not at an angle where something has slack to make noises? I really dont know what it could be but I am just throwing out things to think about.

I took it to the alignment place today..My lower ball joints are out, so I am going to put some new ones on the weekend and then take it back to get aligned next week.

I have the HBS 2.5" level on mine too but i really only notice the noise on small bumps. Is that the same problem with the same solution?
