Default Grinding, scraping and bouncing

I have a 2004 F-150 Lariat 2 wheel drive. The other day I noticed some scraping and grinding noise then I hit a bump and it felt like my tire bounced a few times. Just now it did all of that without the bump and I noticed that the noise stopped after the bumping. This feels and sounds dangerous and I'm worried about driving it but I have to get to work. Does anybody have a clue as to what my issue is?

not enough info, could be a shock or brake hardware.
You might ask a mod to move this to the correct "dated forum", this group is mostly 1987-1996 F150 stuff

I'm beginning to think I have a stuck E-brake.
