Default Grinding Noise

I've had iwe problems along with slew of other problems courtesy of ford. It has been making this grinding noise while the wheel is turning as well as a clicking noise that sounds like a zip tie on the drive shaft. I ended up replacing everything on the front end:
Upper control arms
Lower Ball Joints
Inner and outer tie rods
Struts
Sway bar links
Iwe's
Brake Pads
Rotors
I put grease on Borge iwe's and on the wheel bearings. Both half shafts are fully seated. I just have absolutely no idea at this point, and I'm pretty much at a loss at this point. If I wouldn't get in trouble with the law I'd burn it and cut my losses with ford. After this truck I swear on my dog I'll never spend my money on a ford ever again.

It could be, but it's a different sound than what I've ever heard from a wheel bearing. More like dragging your finger nails on a rusty piece of pipe

I had a noise that sounded like it was coming from the front end that actually turned out to be my rear brake pads. Really surprised me because the sound seemed like it was coming from the front, might be worth taking a quick look. Good luck.

Well i had someone stand outside while I drive slowly and he said it really sounded like the front passenger side, I also checked my rear brakes not too long ago and they looked decent. Unless there is some kind of internal damage that is echoing towards the front I don't think that is it. definitely a good idea though

I figured it out, and it may give y'all a pretty good laugh to my embarrassment. So last night While trying to seat a difficult ball joint one of the pistons in the passenger side brake caliper just fell out. I wasn't even touching it! So of course brake fluid went EVERYWHERE including all over me. At that point after trying to finish this job all week I completely lost my temper and I know I punched the heat shield behind the break caliper among other things. After assembling everything today the heat shield was rubbing on the rotor where I hit it. Haha my knuckles are sore, but the truck is back in tip top shape! I shouldn't have lost my temper like that but I learned my lesson! thanks for the help everyone!
