Default Good deal?

My uncle has a 2007 FX2 Crew Cab, it's got leather, it's really nice. It has 15k miles, and it's in perfect condition. He said his lease was gonna be up in March, and he was gonna trade it in. He said he'll owe about $17k or a little more. I told him I would buy it from him when his lease was up.

I've looked at prices, and it seems like a really good deal for the miles, and the condition.
But, what have people actually been paying for these?

Thanks!

That sounds like an awesome deal to me. Plus you know who drove it so that is even better.

+1 on that. the #1 problem with buying used is wondering how the previous owner treated it. you just eliminated that variable, making its "value" worth the "cost"

Yeah, my uncle is also a master tech at a Ford dealership, so I'm sure he kept up with it.
My dads owns his own shop too, so I can work on anything I need.

I've just been kinda debating between this and getting a 2009/2010 crew cab in Stone Green, because I really love that color. But, that's talking about an extra $10k or more probably.

I never really liked the FX2 front grill/lower chin, but after seeing it in person, I'm pretty sure I'm sold on it.

Dude... Your uncle will loose his *** on that deal. That truck is still worth $23k(ish) retail.
